Hãhã Wine

Vineyard

Vintage 2022 provided the warmest weather on record in New Zealand. This along with favourable rain post flowering set up a fantastic fruit crop for our 2022 wines.

Winemaker

Ant Mackenzie

Viticulture

An early and compact harvest along with hard work allowed our talented winemaker to produce fabulous wines that rival the last two years vintages with well balanced flavour and acidity.

Vinification

After a slow, temperature controlled fermentation a small portion of the final blend went through malolactic fermentation to create a softer richer style of Pinot Gris. Following blending, the wine was bottled young to capture the aromatic characters and freshness.

Bottling

Size: 0.750l
