Winemaking is all about preserving each site’s individual identity, so it’s kept simple. Juices from each vineyard are kept separate and fermented with an appropriate yeast in stainless steel tanks. Individual wines are then blended according to our idea of a complementary whole.

Bright aromatics with sweet herbs and ripe citrus tones. Distinctive red and yellow capsicum on palate back up by an array tropical fruit. The wine is dry, with a mouth-watering line of fine acid and flavoursome length. Easy to drink on its own, or to match with food
